Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy
At NEWESSENTIALSCLO, we strive for complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email service@newessentialsclo.us with your order number, items to be returned, and reason for return.

  • Await confirmation before sending your items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Approved returns will be inspected, and refunds issued within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

  • Full refunds are provided for defective items or incorrect shipments.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if the return is due to buyer’s error, with shipping costs deducted.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Returns resulting from our error or defective merchandise: return shipping reimbursed.

  • Returns for personal reasons: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Trackable shipping is highly recommended to ensure safe delivery of returned items.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size, color, or style can be requested after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

  • Report any damaged, defective, or missing items immediately upon receipt.

  • Keep packaging and provide photo/video evidence if requested. Claims must be made within 10 days.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or pre-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable unless defective.

9. Special Circumstances

  • Returns caused by customs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events are not reimbursed.

  • Packages lost or stolen during return shipping are the responsibility of the sender unless insured.
